Refund policy


Returns
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as every product are custom made after the order is confirmed. However, if the item are defected or damaged by the carrier, we can exchange it for the same item.


Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by a carrier. Please send us an email at info@charles-norwood.com within the 7 days from the date of receiving the item and we will give you a further instructions. It is important that you check your item as soon as you receive them for any defects or damages as well as photographing them if you find any defects or damages. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please wait for our further instructions and do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refund.
